I came in with a painful tooth, and they took X-rays right away and performed a completely painless root canal. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Even better, my crown was ready the very next day. The fit was perfect — no adjustments were needed at all. They also provided me with a 7-year warranty on my crown, which really shows how confident they are in their work. I’m extremely happy with the results and the level of care I received. I will definitely be coming back to Novadent Dental Clinic for all of my future dental work. Highly recommended!

Her anatomy was very different, and actually, from the doctor the “second most difficult case he’s ever worked on.” She had extractions and screwed in full denture set put in (temporary for 4 months, then the permanents go in - due to the swelling). This was a lot for my mom who is over 50, she was swollen, uncomfortable to what she wasn’t used to (having a full set of teeth!) - But the trust and care that they delivered day after day that we were there (total of 4 days, in & out) became so much more evident, that if anyone could handle this, it was Novadent, no doubt. Being the type of daughter I am, I had so many questions, concerns the more I learned of my mom’s conditions, and they were able to help me understand everything from her facial/bone structure, to what each medicine she needed to take was and how they worked, when to take it and even more info of how that would look like/where she can buy certain things in the states too. Sorry, not sorry for the long read, but I would recommend Novadent to anyone looking for quality dental care, at a more responsible expense than in the US. (Obviously it was still a pretty penny but quite literally close enough to 1/4 of what she would’ve paid here in the states. (We’re from Jersey) From Maria at front desk and her partner (I never got her name! </3 beautiful & friendly the both of them), Adanza, one of the Doctors on hand, Alberto, Cesar, Jonathan, and so many more of the technicians that helped during this process THANK YOU! Oral health and hygiene is SUCH an investment and Novadent has made it all the more worth it. We will see you in 4 months!! Los algodones is also such a beautiful place filled with amazing food, and friendly people, especially when you get to know them. There are many pharmacies, optical and dental offices that take value and pride in what they do. We all need to eat and their persistent shows, you are allowed to say no! They dentist really catered to my every need and preformed all the work I needed with care. They order my prescriptions and were delivered to me faster than in the United States. I drove from California and they picked me up from the border and drove me two blocks away to my clean modern suite. On top of that they were all very polite and constantly asked if I ever needed anything to let them know. The best part is they picked me up to and from my dentist appointments. They even offered to drive me to get food or shopping which was great. The people there were very nice and it's a friendly town. I even went on a nature walk by myself and I felt very safe. I must say, they made everything so easy for me. The suite came with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink and a bar with barstools to sit and eat, a king size bed with clean sheets and covers because you can smell they were freshly washed, flat screen TV, remote, Remote AC/Heater, two night stands, ect. Whenever I needed more toilet paper, fresh towels whatever it was, it was delivered in minutes. Im so happy with everything that I recommended my entire family to them if they ever needed work done with half the price and qreat quality. I had 3 root canals and 7 crowns expertly done in a day and a half. Huge relief. No pain during the procedures. Kindness and respect radiate throughout Novadent’s office. Special thanks to Feliza for her prompt responses to my questions and her reassurances before I arrived. Maria did a fabulous job of translating helping us communicate (and Feliza translated as well.) Every aspect of my visit was positive. I will travel back down in January for more work.

The upselling really turned me off big time because I was visibly uncomfortable but for some reason they just really thought I was going to give them more money. I only stayed because I drove all the way from Phoenix and did not feel like having to find new dental care. Next, The work was pretty bad, but after some changes it’s ok now. I’m a little apprehensive on the quality because i literally feel my bonding move when I eat and I can no longer floss one of my teeth. It looks like the teeth were bonded together and not separated properly. Lastly, the desk agents were not accommodating. They took a picture of my license which I was not also comfortable with. I was told I would get a discount but then they decided not to give it to me afterwards. Overall, it feels like they just wanted whatever money they could get out of me instead of providing quality care.This office has less than 5 years of experience when theirs others that are way nicer with 15+ years of experience.There’s to many dentist in that area with the SAME EXACT PRICES to be settling for this.

Novadent Dental Clinic is awesome! They clearly communicated from start to finish with complete transparency through email, telephone calls, website services listed costs, and in person. Everyone was extremely professional: Front desk, dentists, assistants, translator! Now the good stuff, my 2 dental implants in January healed extremely well, with little inflammation after the procedure. It was a far better experience than I received than another one I had elsewhere over 10 yrs ago! The dentists at Novadent were extremely gentle performing the work, with checking in on my well being and comfort throughout the procedures. When I returned earlier this month to complete, I also had decided to have a smile makeover on my front teeth with Zirconia crowns. After weeks of research and reading reviews, we’ve picked NovaDent. We’ve now been to Novadent three times over the past year, and I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The team at NovaDent is incredibly professional, caring, and honest. One thing that really stood out to me is that they are not salesy, there’s no pressure to get unnecessary procedures. They take pride in their work, and it shows. For example, during one of our visits, they noticed a small gap between the crown of the implant and the gum. Without me asking, they decided to remake it because they wanted it to look and fit perfectly, that would’ve never happened in the US lol, the issue wasn’t even their fault; it was the lab’s mistake. That kind of commitment to quality and patient care is rare, and my experience nonexistent in the US. The clinic is very clean, and they accept credit cards, which is great. It’s also a family-owned business, which I appreciate because they take real responsibility for their work. If something ever goes wrong, you’re dealing with people who genuinely care—not a faceless corporation. During my visits, I met many other patients from the U.S., some of them flew in all the way from the Northeast just to get their dental work done here. It’s not just about lower prices (though the savings are great). The quality is top-notch. For example, the implant I received was done with the same brand and model they use in the U.S., all of their fillings as well, but with more care and attention. The lower price comes down to factors like fewer middlemen, their education is not as expensive, but it is as good if not better, no insurance company taken a cut and lower operational costs—not a drop in quality. We were searching for a dental office we could trust long-term, and Novadent is exactly that. If you’re considering going, I highly recommend it.
